Privacy: Can other people see us?
The Bubble Rooms are located in a private wood. They are positioned in such a way as to guarantee our guests all the necessary privacy and are well spaced from each other.
Each of them is accessed through an exclusive path, whose lights you can turn off or on as you please. The bathroom is inside the Bubble, has opaque walls and is equipped with a closure.
When and where do you check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00 and takes place at the Agriturismo Borgo Biaia, Camporgiano (LU).
Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 and you can leave the keys at the door.
Inside: can I enter with shoes?
It is forbidden to enter the Bubble Suite with shoes, which you can leave between the two doors, where you will find courtesy slippers.
Pets: can i bring my pet?
For security reasons, pets are not allowed.
Smoking: can I smoke in the bubble?
It is forbidden to smoke and to use any other electronic smoking device (such as Iqos or similar) and to light candles inside the bubbles.
Bad weather: what do I do if it rains?
Our bubbles are waterproof and heated. However, in the event of a red weather alert issued by the civil protection of the Tuscany Region, it may be impossible to stay. In this case there is a refund or free change of the date of stay.
Cancellation: what are the cancellation terms?
Payment at the time of booking by bank transfer or credit card.
- Free cancellation up to 30 days from the date of arrival.
- After 30 days, the full amount will not be refunded.
Tourist tax: is there a tourist tax?
The tourist tax is extra, payable at the time of breakfast at the Borgo Biaia farmhouse.
